Ukraine: Russia uses phosphorus bombs in Zaporizhzhia

    Russian troops have dropped phosphorus bombs on a village in the Zaporizhzhia region.

    The Zaporizhzhia Separate Territorial Defense Brigade announced the incident in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

    "These munitions set fire to everything that burns. Civilians suffer the most from them. Several houses and a school burned down," the post read.

    In the last 24 hours, in the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces used tanks, mortars and field artillery near Mykilske, Prechystivka, Neskuchne, Novomykolaivka, Vremivka, Temyrivka, and Olhivske, according to the brigade's information.
