Provocations against Azerbaijan continue in the Russian media.
This time, after “Channel One” and “Komsomolskaya Pravda” newspaper, “Russia 24” news channel also joined the anti-Azerbaijani provocative marathon, APA reports.

In a four-minute story on the air of the channel, the Washington document on the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations was again discussed. And again with the participation of experts of Armenian origin. This time, on the air of a Russian state channel with the participation of a Russian expert of Armenian origin Semyon Baghdasarov (Baghdasaryan) and a political commentator from Yerevan, Hayk Khalatyan, they spoke about the impossibility to keep Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan. This proposal of Washington was said to not meet the interests of Armenia.
During the story, provocative opinions were voiced that the peace agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia does not meet the national interests of Armenia, that Azerbaijan does not make any concessions, and that the possibility of ethnic cleansing of the Armenian population of Karabakh within Azerbaijan is allegedly likely.
In addition, the story notes that Baku and Yerevan can discuss the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Karabakh based on the Washington document.
“The mention of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty in this document indicates that the main decisions will be made in Baku. You see, this is also the hand of Washington...”, the author of the off-screen text voices his provocation.
The TV channel "Russia 24" did not forget to intimidate the population of Armenia. The story says: “If a peace agreement is signed, the population of Armenia will be face to face with Azerbaijan and Türkiye. So, what kind of peace treaty is this? - says the author, trying to intimidate the Armenians.
In addition, the story mentions the Zangazur corridor.
It is said that after the opening of the corridor, the pro-Western authorities of Armenia, with the support of Brussels and Washington, may raise the issue of the expediency of placing a Russian military base in Gyumri and Armenia's withdrawal from the CSTO.
At the end of the story, the author emphasized that the document proposed by Washington does not mention concessions for Armenia and asks the question: “Do the Armenian people or the Pashinyan government need this document?”
