During one of last year's videos, we have already spoken, and now we want to remind those who may have forgotten one fact. The signing of a tripartite statement by Azerbaijan on the night of November 9, 2020, envisaged Azerbaijan’s generous consent to stop hostilities to give Armenia a chance to save 30,000 Armenian soldiers in exchange for Yerevan fulfilling the requirements of the country winner, rather than the situation that Azerbaijan set as the ultimate goal, according to another video of Caliber.Az Youtube channel.

According to this video, when the statement was signed, a number of Baku's demands, namely, the liberation of the Kalbajar, Lachin, and Aghdam districts, the reintegration of the former Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region into the administrative structures of Azerbaijan and the restoration of the constitutional order in this territory, the liberation of the occupied territories of the Gazakh, Agstafa and Sadarak districts, the opening of a route with Nakhchivan, the restoration of control over the entire Azerbaijani-Armenian state border with its further delimitation and demarcation, as well as humanitarian issues related to the fate of Azerbaijani citizens missing in the first Karabakh war and maps of minefields, remained unfulfilled.

“All these issues were on Azerbaijan’s agenda at the beginning of the liberation operation on September 27, 2020 and remain up till now. Therefore, when the act of surrender was signed by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in exchange for saving the Armenian soldiers and returning the fled population from Armenia to Karabakh, he was given the opportunity to fulfill the remaining requirements without bloodshed, namely, to return Aghdam, Kalbajar, Lachin, open a route with Nakhchivan, return the Azerbaijani enclaves, bloodlessly withdraw Armenian troops from Karabakh to create the opportunities for the peaceful reintegration of this region of Azerbaijan, return the remains of Azerbaijani citizens who went missing during the first Karabakh war, give maps of minefields, that is, to voluntarily do what Azerbaijan could take on its own - by the force of law, and by the law of force. However, the Azerbaijani leadership generously gave Yerevan a chance to fulfill all fair demands without new graves in Yerablur Military Pantheon. What is unclear? Either we continue beating you and taking everything, or, taking pity, we stop and give the opportunity and time to fulfill our demands without bloodshed.
