Hraparak: Russian peacekeepers earn at expense of Karabakh Armenians

Armenia’s Hraparak newspaper has written that the Russian peacekeepers are trying to earn more at the expense of the Armenians - residents of Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region.

“According to the information obtained from our sources in Karabakh, Russian peacekeepers earn about $10,000 or four million drams instead of the previous $1,000-2,000 for each big truck with food or other goods for Karabakh. They have been recently violating agreements with the Armenian government. For example, they have an agreement about 10 vehicles for transporting goods, however, the government gets eight vehicles. It turns out that two cars are a private business of peacekeepers, which brings them profit,” Caliber.Az reports citing Hraparak.
