Political figure Poghosyan compares Armenia to Amsterdam Red Light District

Armenian political figure, and advisor to the former Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces Vladimir Poghosyan, speaking about the prospects of launching the Zangazur corridor in a talk show on the YouTube channel "Noyan Tapan", compared Armenia to the Amsterdam Red Light District.

"What can Armenia give to Azerbaijan and Türkiye? What kind of industry in Armenia is ready to supply anything to Azerbaijan? What can you offer the Azerbaijani market? Whatever you name, they have. And they will name another 50 times more of what we don't have. What will you supply to Türkiye? Whatever you offer, they have, and a million times more than we do. We have nothing to give to this market. So what are we? We are a street girl. So, we have to turn into street girl to serve customers. These clients are Russia, Türkiye, and Azerbaijan. Are you ready for Armenia to become a Red Light District, like in the Netherlands?" said Poghosyan.
