Armenian blogger says chaos reigns in Khankendi with drug addicts, murderers' rule over local people
REGION 18 July 2023 - 17:29
Armenian blogger Roman Baghdasaryan in his Facebook post provided insights into the lawlessness of the leaders of the illegal entity in Khankendi.
Baghdasaryan made the remarks commenting on the chaos and banditry reigning in the zone of temporary responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports.
"In 2023, even Karabakh ‘policemen’ are not protected from bandits and they can be killed by Karabakh authorities.
Sergei Abgaryan shot two policemen and had zero consequences. Recently Samvel Oganovsky wanted to kill four boys and was not punished. Now Balasanyan threatened to kill policemen. There is no life in Karabakh, there is shame. Only drug addicts and murderers are in power.
Thus, during a search of Balasanyan's house, huge stocks of cigarettes, motors, and thermometers were found, for which the diaspora was collecting money.
I have already written that together with the Karabakh bandits, Armenians from Russia, Archbishop Ezras, the 'Union of Armenians of Russia', Armenian communities, and criminal authorities were also stealing money. Why don't the Armenians of Russia ask them what they did with all the aid?
This means that Vitaly Balasanyan closely cooperated with the Armenian clergy, Ara Abrahamyan, and Russian criminal authorities in embezzlement in order to misappropriate the collected aid.
Endless such disgraceful stories prove that after 2018, the new government did not, in fact, carry out any purges in the ranks of the army and the state to eliminate criminal elements of the Karabakh clan.
In fact, we left out the 18-year-old Armenian soldiers during the war, on one side they were killed by Azerbaijanis, and on the other side by officers working for Kocharyan and Vitaly Balasanyan.
This is how more than 200 soldiers were killed in Madagiz [Sugovushan] when officers from Karabakh did not specifically rebuild the soldiers and then gave orders to hit their soldiers with artillery. Similarly, Mikael Arzumanyan gave the order to shell his soldiers in Shusha so that they could introduce Russian peacekeepers into Karabakh.
Similarly, the mob of Artur Aghabekyan and his supporters abandoned the Hadrut district and fled.
Of the 4,000 soldiers killed, 1,600 were deliberately killed by Karabakh armed formations with the aim of overthrowing the government in Armenia.
To date, all the murderers and traitors are roaming around Yerevan and Stepanakert [Khankendi]. So far not a single needle has been taken away from the Karabakh mafia, but only promises and lies in the media field.
There is no doubt that the government is afraid of the Karabakh thugs and cannot protect any of us.
The government transfers Armenian taxpayers' money to them, it cannot indifferently watch Araik Harutyunyan appoint murderers and rapists to power structures.
For how many years the leader of Karabakh has been deceiving everyone and stealing money with his friends, and everyone turns a blind eye to it.
Today, in 2023, a man goes to jail for stealing a cow, and those who kill Armenian soldiers receive money from Armenia and pretend to be some officials in Karabakh," Baghdasaryan writes.
