President Aliyev recalls that whole world recognizes Garabagh as Azerbaijan

Garabagh is the territory of Azerbaijan, with the whole world recognizing this and the Armenian leadership has already understood this too.

In the course of addressing the nation on September 20, President Ilham Aliyev stated this as reported by Caliber.Az, recalling, that the leadership in Yerevan used to say "Garabagh is Armenia, and period".

"[...] Now it says 'Garabagh is Azerbaijan', and not only does it say this but does not forget to point to the size of our territory. Albeit true that it didn't do this of its own accord but had to be forced to do so thanks to the 'iron fist'. But the fact remains. What status can the criminal regime have, which has been rampaging through Garabagh for 30 years, after Armenia's recognition of Garabagh being an integral part of Azerbaijan? Which governmental attributes can it have? What kind of elections can there be?", the head of state asked.
