Armenian defence ministry delegation visits London

Armenia and the United Kingdom have discussed the fight against corruption within the framework of cooperation in the sphere of defence as Armenian delegation is on a visit to London.
The Armenian delegation led by Secretary General of the Defence Ministry Hamlet Batikyan held a meeting with representatives of the UK Ministry of Defence led by Paul Wyatt, Director General for Security Policy at Ministry of Defence, and Guy Lester, Director Assurance at UK Ministry of Defence, Caliber.Az reports.
The issues related to cooperation in the field of fighting corruption were discussed at the meeting.
The British side introduced the available experience and methodology in this field, as well as affirmed readiness to provide the necessary support to the Armenian Ministry of Defence.
During the discussions a number of agreements were reached on the implementation of joint programs, provision of expert and methodological assistance.
