Stockholm: Woman burns Quran under police watch

    A woman has burned the Muslim holy book Quran under police surveillance in the Swedish capital Stockholm. This was reported by Turkish TV channel A Haber on social network X.

    The TV channel published a video of the action of a woman named Jade Sandberg. The woman burned the Quran, making an anti-Islamic speech into a microphone and holding a cross made of two wooden slats over the burning book.

    "Another despicable act in Sweden," the TV station said. Police officers guarding the action can also be seen in the video.
