US fund pledges aid to Azerbaijan in mine threat mitigation

The American Stirling Foundation has committed financial assistance to Azerbaijan to address the mine threat.
According to Caliber.Az, Edward Rowe, CEO of the Foundation, announced the commitment during a meeting with Vugar Suleymanov, Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).
The meeting included discussions on the vital role of international support in Azerbaijan's efforts to tackle the mining issue and the importance of foreign donor assistance for these endeavours.
Edward Rowe expressed concern over the extensive damage in the liberated territories and commended Azerbaijan's reconstruction and development efforts in these areas. He also affirmed the Stirling Foundation's intention to continue providing financial aid to Azerbaijan in combating the mine threat.
