Erdogan urges heightened international pressure on Israel

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan urged the international community to step up pressure on Israel to swiftly resolve the crisis in Gaza.
He made the remarks during a "SCO Plus" meeting in Kazakhstan's capital, Caliber.Az reports citing Turkish media.
Erdogan highlighted the devastating toll of the Gaza conflict, with approximately 40,000 fatalities, including 16,000 innocent children.
He criticized the international system's failure, describing the ruins as symbolic of its lost legitimacy.
Erdogan emphasized the necessity of compelling Israel to cease hostilities permanently, stressing the need for heightened international pressure to achieve this goal.
