Global COVID-19 infection cases exceed 527 million

The number of registered cases of coronavirus infection across the world has surpassed 527 million.
According to data released by American Johns Hopkins University, since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak in the world, nearly 6.3 million people have died from the disease.
Countries with more than 20 million infections continue to include the United States, India, Brazil, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
The number of infected and those who died from the consequences of infection, respectively, amounted to:
USA - 83 million 263 thousand 20 and 1 million 2 thousand 146.
India - 43 million 136 thousand 371 and 524 thousand 413.
Brazil - 30 million 780 thousand 28 and 665 thousand 657.
France - 29 million 564 thousand 5 and 148 thousand 820.
Germany - 26 million 44 thousand 283 and 138 thousand 325.
Great Britain - 24 million 366 thousand 63 and 190 thousand 847.
Also, more than 11.4 billion vaccines against COVID-19 have been administered globally.
According to the portal Worldometers, which specializes in statistics on the most important world events, the death rate per 1 million people on the planet was 808.2 on May 22 morning.
