Working Group on green technologies established in liberated territories

A Working Group on coordinating and monitoring the introduction of "green" technologies and energy efficiency requirements on the liberated territories of Azerbaijan has been established.

The order was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Report says.

According to the document, the Working Group is created with the following composition:

Deputy Minister of Environment and Natural Resources

Deputy Minister of Agriculture

Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport

Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations

First Deputy Chairman of State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture

Deputy Chairman of Board of the State Roads Agency of Azerbaijan

Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan

Deputy Chairman of "Land Reclamation and Water Industry of Azerbaijan" OJSC

Vice President of OJSC Azerenerji

Deputy Chairman of OJSC Azerishyg

Vice President of SOCAR.

According to the order, the Ministry of Energy has been tasked to act as the secretariat of the Working Group and organize meetings of the Working Group at least once a quarter.
