Azerbaijan starts building int'l airport in liberated Lachin

The construction of an international airport in liberated Lachin District's Gorchu village has started.

This is the third airport, the construction of which was planned in Azerbaijan's liberated lands, according to Vusal Mammadov, an employee of the Azerbaijani state-owned channel AzTV.

"Fuzuli International Airport has already been put into operation, Zangilan Airport will start operating in September this year, and Lachin Airport will be ready by 2024," he added.
