Azerbaijani presidential assistant meets UNDP Director, reinforcing climate commitments

Assistant to the Azerbaijani President and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev held a meeting with Marcos Neto, Assistant Secretary-General and Director of the UNDP Office for Policy Development and Programme Support.

During the meeting, UNDP reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Azerbaijan's leadership role in combating climate change.

Marcos Neto also delivered remarks at the IV SDG Dialogue, focusing on stakeholder consultations related to Azerbaijan's 4th Voluntary National Report and Women's Economic Empowerment and Advancement under the 5th SDG.
