Azerbaijani, Turkish defence chiefs to observe Anatolian Eagle 2023 drills
Turkish National Defence Minister Hulusi Akar and Azerbaijani Defence Minister Zakir Hasanov will observe the international flight tactical exercises Anatolian Eagle 2023.
The defence ministers will monitor the exercises from the Anatolian Eagle Training Centre, Anadolu reports.
In the meantime, Azertag briefed about the next tasks fulfilled as part of Anatolian Eagle - 2023 international flight and tactical exercises, held in Türkiye’s Konya.
Azerbaijan Air Force’s pilots performed joint flights with Turkish pilots on Su-25 attack aircraft and two-seater F-16 training combat fighters, as well as accomplished various tasks according to the plan.

During the training flights, the knowledge and skills of Azerbaijani pilots in controlling F-16 aircraft, and the general training of the flight crew were checked.
At the base airfield, the photographers got acquainted with the aircraft participating in the exercises, including Su-25 attack aircraft belonging to the Azerbaijan Air Force, and in compliance with safety rules, watched the pilots' performance of tasks on the flight landing strips.

At the end of the exercises, demonstration flights of aircraft were carried out in short intervals, the "Solo Turk" and "Turkish Stars" aviation groups of the Turkish Air Force performed various manoeuvres.
