Islamic Development Bank shows interest in projects in Shusha

A delegation led by Islamic Development Bank Group President Muhammad Suleiman Al-Jasser, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, has visited Shusha.

The Azerbaijani presidential special representative in the Shusha district, Aydin Karimov, informed the guests about the work being carried out in Shusha, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Economy Ministry.

The delegation of the IsDB was informed about the economic potential of the territories liberated from occupation, infrastructure projects implemented there and benefits for entrepreneurs.

The president of the IsDB Group noted the importance of joint projects with Azerbaijan in terms of economic development in general and infrastructure in particular and stressed the great potential for expanding cooperation. Expressing satisfaction with the visit to Shusha, Al-Jasser highly appreciated the work done here and noted the IsDB's interest in the projects being implemented in Shusha and the possibility of cooperation in the investment sphere.
