Remains of 29 people found in liberated Azerbaijani lands

The number of human remains discovered during construction and restoration work in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan has been revealed by the Military Prosecutor's Office.

The remarks came from Senior Investigator for Particularly Important Cases of the Special Investigation Department of the Office Emil Aghayev during the conference "Identification of Missing Persons - Humanitarian Approach" organized by the State Commission of Azerbaijan for Prisoners of War, Hostages and missing citizens on Aug. 30, Report informs.

According to Aghayev, during the large-scale construction and restoration work carried out in the liberated territories, the remains of at least 29 people were found in 18 different places.
