Türkiye names alternatives to Zangezur corridor

There are two alternatives to the Zangezur corridor, Türkiye's Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu said in an interview with Hurriyet newspaper.

"The 43-kilometre route can go through Armenia, but if there are problems on the part of official Yerevan, the alternative is the route through Iran. Official Baku is in contact with Tehran on this issue," Report quotes him as saying.

The minister also emphasised that both options are now under consideration.
