About 100 people may remain in the Crocus. Some may have taken refuge on the -1 floor, some are cut off by fire on the fourth floor. The building is engulfed in flames.
Firefighters can not begin to extinguish and rescue - they are waiting for special forces.
The band Picnic did not have time to perform. The musicians were in the dressing room when the shooting started.
Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has called the incident at Crocus City Hall as a "bloody terrorist attack".
According to her, the Foreign Ministry receives calls from ordinary citizens from different countries with condolences in connection with the tragedy that occurred in the concert hall.
All sports, cultural and other mass events in Moscow this weekend have been canceled, the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin wrote on his Telegram channel.
“I have decided to cancel all sports, cultural and other public events in Moscow this weekend. I ask you to treat this measure with understanding,” Sobyanin said.
