Azerbaijan’s top officials visit liberated territories

In accordance with the instructions of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, under the leadership of Prime Minister Ali Asadov and the head of the presidential administration, the head of the coordination headquarters for the centralized solution of issues in the territories liberated from occupation, Samir Nuriyev, a delegation of senior officials from relevant state structures visited the liberated territories on July 5.

The delegation first visited the village of Sugovushan and the village of Talish of the Tartar district, inspected the Sugovushan-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant, and viewed the repair and restoration work in private tourist houses in the village of Sugovushan, Report informs. 

The Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories (exception for the Shusha district), which are part of the Karabakh economic region, Huseynov provided information on the work being done.

Then the delegation members got acquainted with the construction of the Barda-Agdam railway, as well as the Barda-Aghdam, Talish-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti highways. An inspection of the Digital Control Centre of the Regional Electric Network "Karabakh" was carried out on the territory of the city of Aghdam.

During the visit, the relevant instructions and recommendations were given to the leaders of the relevant structures for the implementation of all reconstruction and restoration work, as well as infrastructure projects under the instructions of the president of Azerbaijan.
