US general on culmination of war in Ukraine

The culmination of Russia's war against Ukraine may come before the end of summer. By this time, the Russian forces will be in decline, and the Ukrainian troops will have sufficient potential for an offensive.
This was stated by the former commander of the US Ground Forces in Europe, Lieutenant General Ben Hodges, in an interview with the Voice of America, according to RBC-Ukraine.
"I think that the Russian Armed Forces cannot continue to do what they are doing now indefinitely. I believe that the culmination will come sometime at the end of summer, when they will run out of manpower, ammunition and the will to fight," the general said.
