SOCAR presents innovations at TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Festival

The stand of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has been presented at the TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Aerospace and Technology Festival in Baku.
The company’s stand has been developed on the basis of the company's corporate strategy until 2035, Report informs citing SOCAR.
Along with the traditional spheres of SOCAR's activity, there is also information about new spheres, such as energy transition, digitalization, innovations, and venture investments.
Moreover, the stand also featured presentation related to SOCAR Turkiye. The territories of the STAR oil refinery and the Petkim petrochemical complex are shown as part of the 3D mapping project. The festival visitors are interested in studying intelligent technologies, special drones that check the condition of the plant and its installations.
The stand includes information on achievements in the field of increasing oil and gas production through modern technologies, as well as projects related to digitalization.
