Azerbaijan discusses local banks’ role in development of liberated Shusha

A business meeting entitled "Revival of Karabakh - Current Challenges and New Opportunities" has been held in Azerbaijan’s liberated Shusha.
The meeting was co-organised by the Karabakh Revival Fund and "Association of Banks of Azerbaijan", according to Report.
The heads of 22 banks operating in Azerbaijan attended the meeting, and the role that credit organisations can play in the further development of the city was discussed.
Chairman of the Board at Shusha City State Reserve Maftun Abbasov and Chairman of the Karabakh Revival Fund Rahman Hajiyev also attended the meeting.
No agreements have been signed as this meeting is intended for preliminary negotiations. Representatives of the bank expressed their opinion. A decision was made that such meetings would be regularly held.
