Azerbaijan allocates over $267 million to rebuild liberated lands

Azerbaijan has allocated an additional 470 million manats [$276.6 million] for the restoration of the territories liberated from Armenia's 30-year occupation.

Funds are increasing for the restoration and reconstruction of the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation, Trend reports.

As part of these measures, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved amendments to the law "On the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022".

Under the amendments, it is proposed to allocate an additional 470 million manats for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories this year.

It should be noted that the previous law "On the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022" provided for 2.2 billion manats to be allocated for these purposes
