Armenia to hold training drills for reserve officers in April-June

Training camps for reservists will be held in April-June 2023 in Armenia, a draft decision was published on the country's unified website of legal acts.

"The draft decision provides for a training camp for reservists from April 15 to June 15, defines the objectives of the camp, the number, the composition of citizens involved in the camp," Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

A total of 953 citizens are planned to take part in the training. Of these, 476 are junior warrant officers and privates, 25 are senior warrant officers and 452 are officers.

The training camp will be attended by reservists serving in the motorised infantry, rocket and artillery, engineering, air defence, communications, reconnaissance and home front forces.

The previous training camps in Armenia were held from September 15 to December 15, 2022.
