President Ilham Aliyev appoints special representative to Lachin district

    President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the appointment of a special representative of the head of state in the Lachin district, part of the East Zangazur economic region.

    This information was posted on the official website of the President, Caliber.Az reports.

    According to the document, Masim Ahmad oglu Mammadov was appointed to this position.
