Azerbaijan defuses over 170 mines, 340 unexploded ordnance

The Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) has published weekly information (December 4 - 10) on the mine clearance in the territories liberated from occupation.

During the reporting period, 84 anti-tank mines, 87 anti-personnel mines, and 340 unexploded ordnance were discovered and defused in the territories liberated from occupation, ANAMA told Caliber.Az.

Some 533 hectares of territories were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance last week.
