Azerbaijan lays power transmission line to Zangilan airport

A modern 35 kV overhead power transmission line is being laid to Zangilan District's Aghali village to provide the latter with electricity as part of the smart village project.
Another major project is the power supply for the international airport under construction in Zangilan. A two-chain, fully insulated 35 kV power transmission line is being laid to the airport, Caliber.Az reports, quoting the Azerishig OJSC press service.
These cables improve the safety of the population, including settlements and cultivated areas located beneath and near power lines.
The use of new isolated lines with a voltage of 35 kV allows the indicators of the country's energy system's stability, reliability, and efficiency to be brought closer to international standards.
They can be laid in any environment: underground, underwater and aerial, which will facilitate the operation of innovative 35/0.4 kV distribution networks in the liberated territories, as well as ensure their stable operation.
