Azerbaijan to resume excavations in Edilli village

The State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons has said that Azerbaijan will resume excavations on the territory of Khojavand District's Edilli village.

"In three to four days, excavations on the territory of the village of Edilli in the Khojavend district will be continued," a Report correspondent in Edilli quotes the commission as saying.

It was noted that excavations would be carried out in other parts of the village.

To recap, Azerbaijan discovered another mass grave with the remains of 12 people in the village on October 4. Proceeding from the items found near the remains, they were servicemen.

Moreover, it was revealed that before the servicemen died, their hands and feet were tied.
