Foreign travellers touring Karabakh PHOTO
A trip of travellers from 13 countries to Azerbaijan's Karabakh region has started.
An extended delegation of 35 people, including the head of one of the 4 largest travellers' clubs in the world - MTP (Most Traveled People) travel club - started their trip to Karabakh today, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
The group is led by Charles Wylie, whose name has made it to the top 10 on the list of the world's greatest travellers. The trip involves travellers from 13 countries - US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Philippines, Poland, Hungary, etc.
MTP members have previously visited Karabakh and East Zangezur 3 times, this is the fourth trip to the territories liberated from occupation.
Their visit will last 3 days and will start from Fuzuli. Today the travellers will visit Khojavand, Shusha, Khankendi and Aghdam. Tomorrow they will go to Eastern Zangezur, then to Zangilan and Jabrail.
