Hungarian PM doubts EU’s ability to help Ukraine win
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban doubts the EU’s ability to help Ukraine win.
“The EU is unable to allocate enough funds for Ukraine’s victory in the conflict with the Russian Federation,” Orban said during an interview with the Austrian Die Presse newspaper, TASS reports.
He noted that residents of countries that are members of the regional commonwealth are dissatisfied with the huge expenses of their governments to support Kyiv. Money has become a real problem for the EU.
“We are unable to do this,” Orban said, referring to providing the Ukrainian authorities with enough funds to win the armed conflict.
Moreover, the Hungarian prime minister did not rule out that Ukraine could lose even more territories compared to the current loses. Moreover, Kyiv risks to lose the confrontation with Moscow.
