International conference "From Salvation to Victory" kicks off in Azerbaijan's Shusha city

The international conference "From Salvation to Victory" dedicated to National Salvation Day and the second anniversary of signing the Shusha Declaration is being held within the framework of the Year of Heydar Aliyev in Shusha City.

The conference organized by the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) together with the Justice and Development Party of Türkiye (AKP) is attended by Deputy Chairman - Head of the YAP Central Office Tahir Budagov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha region Aydin Kerimov, First Deputy Chairman of the AKP, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States, Head of the Turkish Delegation Binali Yildirim, Deputy Chairman of the Justice and Development Party for External Relations, Member of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Efkan Ala, Member of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Head of the Turkish-Azerbaijani inter-parliamentary friendship group Shamil Airym, representatives of the board, the revision commission and the Council of Veterans of the YAP, MPs of the Milli Majlis, etc, Azertag reported on June 15.

The national anthems of Azerbaijan and Türkiye were sounded at the beginning of the event.

Then a minute of silence was paid to the memory of great leader Heydar Aliyev and martyrs who fell for the territorial integrity and independence of our country.

Then a film "From Salvation to Victory" was shown.

Panel discussions will be held as part of the conference.
