Iran strengthens diplomatic ties with Pakistan
Iran has stepped up diplomatic engagement with Pakistan, delivering a message from its foreign minister emphasising a desire to deepen bilateral cooperation on key priority issues.
The Iranian ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, personally handed over the message from Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi to Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, during a meeting in Islamabad, Caliber.Az reports per Iranian media.
Speaking at the meeting, Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing collaboration with Iran in areas of strategic importance, noting that the neighbouring countries remain focused on strengthening bilateral relations.
The exchange reflects ongoing diplomatic efforts by both nations to promote cooperation and mutual understanding on regional and international matters of shared interest.
