Karabakh University gets new spokesperson

A new spokesperson for the Public Relations Department of Karabakh University has been named.

The university's rector, Shahin Bayramov, appointed Aytan Guliyeva to this position, Caliber.Az reports.

Guliyeva began her career in 2008 at Baku Slavic University (BSU).

From 2013 to 2021, she worked at the Ministry of Science and Education, and from 2021 to 2024, she served as the Head of the Information and Human Resources Department of the Agency for Quality Assurance of Education.
