Putin, Pashinyan discuss situation in Karabakh

Russian President Vladimir Putin has had a telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“The discussion of the practical aspects of the implementation of the trilateral agreements between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan of November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021, continued. The parties especially shared views on issues of ensuring security on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the restoration of economic, transport, and logistics ties in the South Caucasus,” the Kremlin said in a statement, Caliber.Az informs.

Pashinyan also briefed the Russian president about recent contacts aimed at normalising relations between Armenia and Türkiye.
