Russia downs Ukrainian UAV near Kursk - governor

Russian air defence forces shot down a Ukrainian drone near Kursk Oblast on May 10 morning, Governor Roman Starovoit has said.

The wreckage of the drone fell in the village of Tolmachevo, he wrote on Telegram.

According to Starovoit, no one was injured, but the gas pipe and the facade of a house were damaged.

A yellow level of terrorist danger, and a medium-level response mode, have been introduced in Kursk.
