The International Committee of the Red Cross transported on September 18 goods to the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan simultaneously on the Aghdam-Khankendi and Lachin-Khankendi roads.
Both highways enable an overland connection between Armenia and the Armenian minority living in Garabagh.
