Azerbaijan, Guinea to cooperate on exporting ASAN service model

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved an agreement between Azerbaijan and Guinea on cooperation in implementing Azerbaijan’s ASAN service model in the West African country.

The approval formalises a bilateral framework aimed at transferring Azerbaijan’s public service delivery system to Guinea, Caliber.Az reports, citing presidential press service. 

The agreement, which was signed in Baku on March 16, focuses on the introduction of the ASAN model of public services, which is known in Azerbaijan for providing streamlined and centralised government services to citizens.
