Azerbaijani president congratulates Iran’s Pezeshkian on birthday

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on his birthday, wishing him good health, a long life and success in his work.

Pezeshkian expressed his gratitude to Aliyev for the congratulations and attention, according to a phone conversation between the two presidents, Caliber.Az reports per the presidential press service.

During the call, the leaders recalled their recent meeting in Bishkek and discussed the issues raised during their talks.

They also noted that an Azerbaijani government delegation is currently visiting Iran for discussions on matters on the bilateral agenda.
