Azerbaijan sets up service to restore, build and manage Khankendi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts Decree

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on establishing and ensuring the activity of public law legal entity "Service of Restoration, Construction, and Management in Khankendi City, Aghdara, and Khojaly districts", Caliber.Az reports citing the official website of the head of state.

According to the document, the service will be engaged in preserving and maintaining the existing housing stock in the specified city and districts, organising the construction of new apartment buildings and private residential buildings, their management, landscaping, gardening, organising housing and communal services in the specified areas.

A presidential decree has approved the composition of the supervisory board of the Service for Restoration, Construction and Management in Khankendi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts.

According to the document, Elchin Yusubov, Special Representative of the President in the city of Khankendi, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Sarvan Jafarov, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection Anar Kerimov, and First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Development and Architecture Namig Hummatov were appointed as members of the supervisory board.

By another decree, President Ilham Aliyev appointed Aydin Zohrab oglu Kerimov as Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district.
