Police in Armenia release detainees of revanchist rallies UPDATED
All 156 participants of the revanchist rally, who at the call of the opposition movement Tavush in the Name of Motherland blocked the streets of Yerevan demanding the resignation of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, have been released.
TASS reports, citing the press service of the Armenian Interior Ministry.
"During the day, 156 citizens were taken to police stations due to their failure to fulfill the lawful demands of the police. All of them have been released," the ministry said.

As of 11:00, the number of participants of the revanchist rally taken to the police stations of Yerevan increased to 151.
As Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media, the Armenian Interior Ministry press service made the remarks, adding that all the protesters were detained for failure to fulfill the authorities' lawful demands (under Article 182 of the Criminal Code of Armenia).
