South Korean president hopes to strengthen cooperation with China

President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol has said that he hopes to strengthen cooperation and expand exchanges with China.

He made the remarks during a meeting with Premier of China's State Council Li Qiang, TASS reports, citing Yonhap news agency.

"Recently, the dialog between the countries has resumed in various spheres at the ministerial level, exchanges between regional authorities have been revitalized. I hope that in the future the Republic of Korea and China will continue to strengthen cooperation and develop exchanges, strive for common interests on the basis of mutual respect," Yeol said.
