Traffic accident leaves 12 dead, 19 injured in Türkiye

A traffic accident with the involvement of a passenger bus has killed 12 people injuring 19 others in the Turkish province of Yozgat.

According to the reports, the bus rolled into the abyss while driving. The injured passengers were taken by ambulances to the Sorgun State Hospital, the TV channel A Haber reports.

Yozgat Governor Mehmet Ali Ozkan said the cause of the accident will be clarified during the investigation, which has already begun, according to information received from the country's Justice Minister, Yılmaz Tunç.
