First suspect in massacres of Azerbaijanis during First Karabakh Wat arrested: mass killings and torture Caliber.Az on YouTube

After 30 years of impunity, a suspect of the genocide against Azerbaijanis during the First Karabakh War was detained in Azerbaijan last week.

Vagif Khachatryan was arrested by the Azerbaijani border guards on July 29 while trying to leave Karabakh for Armenia.

He was already transferred to Baku.
