The US Missile Defense Agency is gearing up for its first test of a new system designed to protect Guam from air and missile threats.

The AN/TPY-6 radar, a key component of this defence network, is en route to Guam and will be tested later in 2024. As the US strengthens Guam’s defences, various advanced systems will be integrated into a comprehensive architecture, with significant developments expected by 2025.
