A groundbreaking ceremony for the Igdir-Nakhchivan gas pipeline is being held in Nakhchivan on September 25 with the participation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Earlier, the heads of state held a one-on-one meeting.
