Azerbaijan to develop new electronic registration system for foreign-invested companies

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry will create an information system for the electronic state registration of limited liability companies (LLCs) established with foreign investments.

According to a presidential decree, documents confirming registration must be legalized by an authorized structure or diplomatic mission (consulate). These documents will then be sent to the "Electronic Notary" information system through the Foreign Ministry's information system to confirm their translation into the Azerbaijani state language, Caliber.Az reports.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to take appropriate measures within six months to develop this information system for the Foreign Ministry.
