Azerbaijan Space Agency exports services to 31 countries

Azerbaijan Space Agency (Azercosmos) OJSC has exported satellite telecommunication services and optical satellite services to 31 countries worth $6.2 million from January through March 2022.

The income of Azercosmos from the export of services reached 86 percent of its total income, Caliber.Az reports, referring to the April issue of the "Export Review" magazine of the Azerbaijani Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

Azercosmos exported services worth $2.1 million to 30 countries in March 2022.

Among the top five countries in terms of the export of satellite telecommunications and optical satellite services by Azercosmos were the UK with $1.6 million, France with $1.1 million, Luxembourg with $1.1 million, UAE with $0.6 million and Pakistan with $0.4 million.
