Estonia to sign $211 million deal with Türkiye for armoured vehicles
Estonia will sign contracts totaling around 200 million euros ($211 million) for the procurement of armoured vehicles from Türkiye for the Estonian Defence Forces (EDF).
More than 200 vehicles will be allocated to the Estonia Defence Forces’ 2nd infantry brigade, said the state-run ERR news agency, citing the Estonia Centre for Defence Investments, according to Anadolu.

The brigade has reportedly witnessed substantial investment in recent years. Furthermore, four armoured vehicles will be dispatched to the Estonian Rescue Agency for demining purposes, according to the agency.
The Defence Ministry is expected to finalise contracts on October 18, with Turkish National Defence Minister Yasar Guler planning to visit Estonia on the occasion.
